Recently, the top ten companies in China's building waterproofing industry announced that their independently developed "exposed waterproof coating" has successfully won the bid for the construction project of the Navoi Industrial New City in Uzbekistan. The first batch of 500 tons of products has been delivered through the China Europe freight train. This product combines the characteristics of rubber and asphalt, using water as the dispersing medium. Its VOC emissions are below the limit of the EU REACH regulation, and it can maintain protective performance for more than 10 years under extreme temperature differences from -40 ℃ to 80 ℃, perfectly adapting to the climate conditions of Central Asia.
As a national high-tech enterprise, the core product exported this time, the "826 Composite Full Adhesive Waterproof System", has broken through the pain point of traditional roll materials that are prone to water leakage. Through the use of double prefabricated waterproof layers and interlocking overlap technology, it achieves zero leakage effect of "one construction, two protection", and has obtained Chinese invention patents and EU CE certification. The system has undergone rigorous testing in the expansion project of the Tashkent subway in the capital of Uzbekistan. After verification by the third-party testing agency SGS, its puncture resistance strength has reached 1200N, which is 40% higher than the European standard EN 13707.
This cooperation is an important achievement of the China Ukraine Building Materials Industry Trade Exchange Conference. At the signing ceremony, the company said that through the trinity model of "technology+standard+service", it has successfully broken through the technical barriers in the Central Asian market. In the future, it will focus on infrastructure projects in countries along the "the Belt and Road", and plans to increase the proportion of overseas revenue to 25% by 2025. According to industry predictions, China's waterproof coating exports under the RCEP framework are expected to reach 8.5 billion yuan by 2025, with Southeast Asia and Central Asia accounting for over 65% of the market share.

Its "exposed" series of products have entered the supplier list of international benchmark projects such as NEOM Future City in Saudi Arabia, Istanbul New Airport in Türkiye and other international benchmark projects by virtue of excellent weather resistance, marking that China's waterproof materials are upgrading from product output to technical standard output.
